If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at inquiries@macols.com or call us directly at 0113392777. If your order hasn’t been processed for shipping, we’ll make the necessary adjustments. Once an order is shipped, cancellations or modifications may not be possible.

- Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days to most areas in Sri Lanka.

Yes, Macols offers a hassle-free returns policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order. Here’s how it works:

- The item is in its original condition, unopened, and unused.
- The item is returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
